Please be assured that we are maintaining social distance in all of our interactions with our clients and that all of our sitters will be using standard PPE such as gloves and hand sanitizer during this pandemic. We can also offer the following:
- No contact key collection and drop-off service
- No contact cat sitting visits
- No contact payment

Since the covid-19 pandemic hit Ireland in March 2020, we have all (humans & cats!) been living under very stressful conditions. We want to reassure you that Cat Sitter At Home is still open for business and that we are following the government guidance in terms of health & safety in the workplace. For us, your home is our workplace and we want to protect both your family and our cat sitters during this pandemic, while still being here for your kitties.
If you are worried about any aspect of the cat sitting process, or if your family has any particular health requirements while the covid-19 pandemic continues, please get in touch with us for a chat and we will come up with a solution that suits everyone.

RTÉ ‘Nationwide’ Appearance for National Women’s Enterprise Day 2019
Jackie appeared on RTÉ’s ‘Nationwide’ programme on Wednesday 16th October 2019 for National Women’s Enterprise Day 2019. Jackie was invited to take part in the programme after winning the ILDN Dublin Regional Enterprise Award 2018 (see post below!) and was very proud to be able to tell her background story and how her life led her to set up her own business, Cat Sitter At Home. FINALIST – ILDN National Enterprise Awards 2019
The ILDN National Enterprise Awards 2019 awards ceremony took place in Tullamore last month. We are very proud of Jackie for being a Finalist and representing Cat Sitter At Home amongst such fantastic start-ups from around the country! Although we didn’t win, we were honoured to be nominated following on from our win at the Dublin ILDN Enterprise Awards 2018 and a great night was had by all!
Happy Christmas from Cat Sitter At Home!
2018 has been an amazing year for us here at CSAH and as we get ready for the busy Christmas season, we’re looking forward to lots of kitty cuddles from our existing and new clients! We were very proud to win the Dublin Regional Enterprise Award 2018, in September this year. When we set up Cat Sitter At Home we had no idea whether or not it would be a success, so it means a lot to us to get this kind of recognition from the business community. We also attended a number of pet fairs this year and got to chat to lots of cat lovers & meet some lovely new clients : ) Jackie really enjoyed giving a talk on TNR at the second Dublin Cat Fair in November too, and spending more time with people who love and ‘get’ cats as much as we do!
As many of you are heading away for the Christmas holidays, we would like to wish you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, from all of us (humans and furbabies!) in Cat Sitter At Home! Cat Sitters On Holiday!
We went to Budapest for a few days to see the Christmas markets and ended up hanging out with kitties in the local cat café (https://www.facebook.com/CatCafeBudapest/)! Such a lovely place, very relaxing to spend time with the furbabies. Dublin Cat Fair 2018
We are looking forward to appearing at the second Dublin Cat Fair on Sunday 25th November 2018. The Fair will be “an educational and informative event (that) will showcase the most up-to-date cat knowledge from industry experts”. Jackie is also delivering a presentation on ‘Feral Cats & TNR (Trap Neuter Return)’ as part of the series of talks that will be happening throughout the day.

We are soooo proud of Jackie & Cat Sitter At Home for WINNING the Dublin Regional Enterprise Awards 2018! Jackie has always loved cats but only got a chance to set up Cat Sitter At Home after leaving her old job and going to college to study Animal Science in 2015. It has been a lot of hard work to make the business what it is today & Jackie is excited and overwhelmed to have won such a prestigious business award.
